This condo has every amenity of home that you need. The master bedroom en-suite offers a king size bed and cottage themed furniture. The guest bedroom has two queen size beds. The condo has tile floors throughout. The owners have provided a couple of beach chairs for your convenience. Feel free to swim in any of the 3 heated pools or play shuffleboard while you BBQ. There is also a BBQ beachside for watching the gorgeous sunsets. This unit has a 7 night minimum rental policy, but can be booked for less to fill gaps. We will do our best to accommodate any request.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Siesta Key Beach. Enjoy features like laundry facilities. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the condo.

Great location on the beach. Our family of 6 had a great trip to siesta key. Spent most of the time at the beach but was also able to do a sunset cruise, go tarpon fishing and went parasailing. A trip to remember for sure

Jamaica Royale unit 99

The condo was absolutely beautiful !! Very clean . The bedrooms were great and comfortably fit the 6 of us . The kitchen has everything you need . I would suggest garbage bags as we couldn’t find any extra and went got some . Did need extra toilet paper also . But it was not an inconvenience as everything else we needed was there . It is a little of a walk to the beach but there was a nice beach wagon in the storage box so we in turn left two beach umbrella’s. Plenty of towels and beach towels to go around !! Kudos to the owners and property staff for maintaining such a beautiful space for my little family get away !!

Perfect vacation!!!

Everything was perfect!!! We were extremely pleased!!! * I was disappointed that I never heard from the property manager - I thought they would contact me and tell me about the check-in process. 3 days before we arrived in Sarasota, I called to find out the address/ Unit # and to make sure we were on their list. Maybe I’m wrong - I just thought they would’ve contacted me . 😔
