Hot bummer in the summer

When we arrived (Monday), the code to door was not working. The mgmt company promptly sent another one. Then we found out that AC is not working on level 3 (master bedroom and other) where I slept. It took multiple communications with the mgmt company and several visits before it was fixed on Thursday. So we had one night with AC out of five (79F in the bedroom and 97 outside). Battery for fan control and water filter needed replacing. And VRBO support line was useless, asked for a "video showing the AC unit in its current non-functional state" in order to decide what to do next. How do you record the lack of freon or warm air breathing from AC?The house is nice and well equipped, with a nice pool and close to the beach, except - see above.In April, our reservation in Poland was canceled abruptly. Overall, a rotten experience.

Another wonderful week in beautiful Siesta Key!

Perfect location to beach and village. The house has a lot of nice upgrades. Well stocked with small appliances, utensils, glassware, etc. Beds were super comfortable. The elevator was a definite plus since there are 4 floors. Pool was nice to have- plenty of patio loungers/furniture. Garage stocked with extra refrigerator, beach wagon, umbrella, 2 bikes, 4 beach chairs, grill.Suggestions: pool walls/floor could use a good cleaning- appeared aged compared to neighboring pools.Carpeting throughout the house was stained in places- nothing major and Im sure difficult to keep clean in a rental when the colors are white/creamSupply additional beach chairs- house sleeps 10, 4 chairs aren't nearly enough when traveling from out of stateOverall would recommend this property and would rent again!

Gorgeous house close to the beach

The house accommodated 9 people really well. The stairs are a pain to go up and down though. The furniture is outdated for such a beautiful house. We had to wait 10 minutes past our check in time because the cleaning crew was not done cleaning. The bathrooms could of used a better cleaning. Overall the house is close to the beach only 10 minutes walk and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect beach get away

We loved the house. The description was a bit off. Only 1 king bed and the top floor bedroom not having an attached bathroom or bedroom door for that matter was a bit disappointing. The property manager was great and so responsive. Laundry baskets in each bedroom and more hangers would be great additions.

The property exceeded expectations. The communication from the property manger was prompt and thoughtful. The kitchen was well stocked w supplies for all kinds of cooking. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious w plenty of linens. The beds were comfortable and the elevator was helpful w luggage and older relatives.
