This luxurious Lake House townhome directly adjacent to America's famed #1 beach - Siesta Beach, offers a spacious bi-level layout that includes separate dining and living rooms with Brazilian cherry hardwood floors. The eat-in kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and flatware and a suite of stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, glass top range, refrigerator and built-in microwave. The laundry includes a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. The large living room features theater-style seating with twin power recliners, a queen-size sofa bed and access to the lighted balcony for dining, reading or sunning overlooking the lake. The master bedroom suite also opens onto the balcony and has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, closet and dressing area. The second bedroom has an adjacent full second bathroom. Property and neighborhood very nice. Condo was setup very nice. The biggest problem I had was the bed. The mattress is worn out and killed my back and my wife woke up every morning with her back hurting. I usually slept on the couch halfway through the night. Because of this we will not stay here again. Buy a new mattress for your guests.

Family stay

Apartment was lovely , what we hoped it would be. A minor inconvenience was we didn’t know about the additions towels that were down in the office for our unit. As per the Vrbo description we knew we would have one set of towels per person so we didn’t ask for extra, we found that out upon checkout . There was an issue with the recliner in the sofa, which I reported right away, but it was not remedied while we were there.

Great locations on the island

We liked the property. It had some great beach accessories to use. Nice cart and toys along with lots of other stuff for the beach. Short walk to beach access and walking distance to downtown(about a mile). We love this area.

We had a great stay at OHATB. Great condo, very comfortable and home-like. Centrally located. Can walk to beach and many restaurants. I highly recommend.
