Once parked, Walk to all the Village has to offer. Beach is about a 10 min walk as well. Look for the Trolley in front of Morton's Market...comes every 30 minutes and will take you up and down the key for FREE!

Rental age restrictions:
-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.
- Pets are welcome, however, we do charge a $150.00 non-refundable fee per pet*.
- Smart TV system does not offer paid account services. Guest must use their account information to access.
*Due to online booking policies, some payments may need to be submitted after the booking is reserved and confirmed. Please let us know if you have questions about the policies prior to booking.
-Pool/Spa Heat: Pool temperature is set to 86 degrees, however, if air temps drop below 70 degrees, pool temperature may drop significantly. Temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
- Island Sewer System: Our Island sewer system is very fragile. Please do not flush anything except toilet paper. No Wipes! Please discard in the trash.
-This unit is part of a Duplex. You are renting the first floor.
-Pool is shared between BOTH units.
-Snorkeling gear is not available this time.
-Quiet Hours are from 11pm to 6am. No loud noise, music, etc during these hours.
-Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.

beware the ground floor

The property is fine but it's worth knowing the property is below another property (also managed). So you hear everything going on upstairs... and the main bedroom backs directly onto the pool. The door isn't totally made of wood so it's frosted glass. Our friendly neighbors decided to have a pool party at 3am and proceeded to have sex against the door. Not the property's fault but I'd never rent this one again. I told the management and they replied agreeing it was not appropriate but then never followed up or (to my knowledge) did anything about it. For the price your paying it would be good to know this wouldn't happen.

Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is perfect and walkable to many bars, restaurants and shops. The unit was clean, spacious and had all the items needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice spot

Great location. 5 minute walk to beach and restaurants. 2 minute walk to grocery store. Had issue with water on the floor from dishwasher malfunction but was taken care of promptly by management. I would stay at this location again.

Great location and pet friendly VRBO unit

Nice location and attentive host, great communication. Place is ok but needs some TLC. I appreciate we could get our dogs with us. Great fenced backyard and pool area. You can hear the upstairs guests if they were walking fast …location is fantastic for restaurants and groceries. Parking is in front of the unit. I did mention they need to change the check out to do list. Overall I do recommend it

Perfect Location!

We stayed over a busy weekend so were grateful to be in walking distance to market, shops, restaurants and of course that beautiful beach! The rental was clean and well equipped. The grandchildren had a blast in the pool. Perfect location for a perfect vacation!

Perfect location for walking

The house is one block from a grocery store and within a 2-5 minute walk for coffee and restaurants. We didn't drive the car after we arrived, we just walked. The pool was a great bonus too! We would stay here again.

Unexpected Booking

We booked here urgently after our original Vrbo booking (through Showtime Property Management) entered our rental with our elderly /easily-stressed dog while we were not there. Gulf Shores Management was excellent and let us check in early. We were literally one street over from our original Vrbo and this is perfect walking distance to the beach, free sk breeze trolley, and local market. Living room furniture was highly worn down and not very supportive and the master bed was like sleeping on an unsupportive cotton ball (extra soft) but otherwise, just minor cleanliness issues. We would book here again. Management company was excellent and prime location. We also enjoyed the grill and semi-private pool area.

Great location, perfect weekend getaway

This is a great condo close to everything. We would rent again. In fact some who visited us while we were there are inquiring about renting it. Nice pool area and spacious accommodation. One minute walk to grocery store, bars, and restaurants. Short walk to the beach also.

Holiday escape

The condo is in a perfect location. Place was pretty clean. We did have to call the owner to clean the pool, turn on the heater and fix the heat. They did send someone right out. The hall bathroom is in need of a severe makeover and all the chairs for the beach were old and rusted. Other than that was a great stay and highly recommend the location.

Great place and location

This was perfect for my wife and I and her sister and husband for a 4 day adult gateway. Very close to town and a short walk to the beach. Already trying to rebook this place for out next trip down!

Great location and thoughtful touches

My friends and I were here for a long weekend. This property was so ideal we will likely book the exact same one. The location was excellent. It was walkable to both the beach and dining. There is even a grocery market very close. We particularly appreciated all of the things provided that we did not have to purchase (beach chairs, laundry detergent). Overall it made for a great time.

Great location, clean property.

Location, location, location! Only a block away from the main Siesta Key Village street. Property was clean, and hosts were very responsive. We went 2 weeks after Hurricane Ian. I was a bit worried, but hosts acknowledged that everything was fine and the island was open for business! I would definitely stay there again.

Great Location

Great property with so much to do!! A quick 2-minute walk to downtown for all your shopping and dining needs! Lovely 10-minute stroll to the gorgeous white powder sand beaches. After spending a day on the beach, came home to relax in the private pool and lush backyard. We will definitely be back!!

Great Location!

I booked this for my inlaws and they loved the location. They were able to walk around The Village and the shuttle was easily accessible to get to Siesta Key Beach. It was also helpful for them to have the little grocery store near by
