This centrally-located & Cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment features all the amenities you can think of for your beach vacation and offers an unbeatable location right off Ocean Blvd on Canal Road. This apt. is ideal for small families, groups, reunions, etc.

This apt. can accommodate up to 6 guests with a bedding configuration as follows:

• Living Room: Pull-Out Sofa Bed (1)

Once parked, Walk to all the Village has to offer. Beach is about a 10 min walk as well. Look for the Trolley in front of Morton's Market...comes every 30 minutes and will take you up and down the key for FREE!
Other things to note
Rental age restrictions:
-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.
- Pets are welcome, however, we do charge a $150.00 non-refundable fee per pet*.
- Smart TV system does not offer paid account services. Guest must use their account information to access.
*Due to online booking policies, some payments may need to be submitted after the booking is reserved and confirmed. Please let us know if you have questions about the policies prior to booking.
-Refrigerator does not have an ice maker.
- Island Sewer System: Our Island sewer system is very fragile. Please do not flush anything except toilet paper. No Wipes! Please discard in the trash.
-Pool is shared between BOTH units.
-Quiet Hours are from 11pm to 6am. No loud noise, music, etc during these hours.
-315 is located on the 2nd floor, please be mindful of noise when moving around inside the unit as guests below can hear heavy footsteps.
-This unit is part of a Duplex. You are renting the second floor.
-Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.

Please remember that you're staying in an apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. Thank you for your understanding.

Wonderful Stay in a Perfect Location!

We loved our stay here! The property is centrally located—just a short walk to bars, restaurants, and shops, making it super convenient. During our visit, the bottom unit was under construction, so we had the pool all to ourselves, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Communication with the Property Manager was stellar—quick, clear, and helpful throughout our stay. We have no complaints about the property at all. Highly recommended!

Location is in a great area to walk to village/ beach. No fan in rooms makes for a stuffy night, pool light did not go off at night and shines through the bedroom window, beach umbrella was broken so we bought an extra for stay.

Overall, our stay was wonderful. The property was as pictured, right in the heart of the village - we used the market as our reference point when learning our neighborhood - and a very easy walk to the beach (which is of course gorgeous). We appreciated the beach cart, umbrella, cooler, and chairs very much! A few things could have been tweaked to push it to the exceptional level: kitchen faucet sprayed all over, blinds in kitchen did not function, stairs leading up to apartment and exterior needs maintenance, double and twin beds very squeaky, Mr. Coffee served the purpose but could be updated to a Keurig or other better coffee model, a full set of wine glasses (only had 3) - all minor suggestions that didn’t greatly affect our stay.

Convenient location

The inside of this property was clean. The pool was dirty when we got there and it stayed that way. I would not use it. The right corner of the balcony needs repairing. It felt unsafe to stand on. Hopefully those issues will be resolved soon.

Siesta Key Stay

Place was as shown in photos and clean. Very good location - we were able to walk everywhere we went after arriving. Check-in process was very smooth with all details provided in advance and no communication additional communication was required. Would recommend.

Great place to stay

You can walk to the village and the beach easily. We did have to call maintenance out for a broken pull out bed (was broken when we pulled it out). But management was quick and had someone out to fix it. The place was very clean. The deck is a bit sketchy with some soft spots that are easy to notice because the tile is all breaking because of bad wood under it. Also the stairs are not all the same height so it can trip you up at night, especially when the light bulb is a strobe light. The pool is great and the kids loved it. It has a waterfall feature which made it comfortable to hang around and listen to the water. I would recommend this place based on its location and cleanliness.

Good Time!

Would recommend this condo! Two couples stayed and it was the perfect set-up for us. It was too cold for us to swim in the ocean but, the heated pool was warm enough to tolerate on the afternoons of low 70s. Perfect location for a walk to the beach or to the village.

Perfect location!

This condo was literally steps from town and a very short walk to the beach. Checkin was a breeze. It was stocked with all the essentials, including a full washer/dryer (and detergent) which came in handy for our damp, sandy towels and bathing suits. I think another review mentioned the beds in the guest room were a little uncomfortable, we found that to be true as well, but it would not prevent us from staying again! Overall a wonderful experience!
