Completely renovated in spring 2025, this bright and welcoming condo sits on a private lane leading directly to the world-famous white sand beaches of Siesta Key — no roads to cross, no crowds to navigate. The complex is revitalizing its landscaping, and the beach itself is as stunning as ever.

LOCATION:
Jamaica Royale Condominiums sits directly on the Gulf of America along Siesta Key Beach — consistently rated one of the top 10 beaches in the world. There is a "free trolley" stop right outside the complex that makes it easy to explore the Key. Tennis courts and a large playground are less than half a mile away at Siesta Key Public Beach, and Siesta Key Village is just 1.3 miles from the property.

The private lane means no through traffic — ideal for families with young children. The beach is always a short stroll, and you'll never need to cross a busy road to get there.

GOOD TO KNOW:
Check-in is targeted for 3 PM. On request, an ozone generator can be run before your arrival to sanitize the unit — this adds roughly 2 hours to prep time. A unique digital entry code is created for each guest stay, so there are no keys to worry about losing at the beach.

First Siesta Key Trip

This was our family's first trip to Siesta Key and we couldn't have had a better time! The property was lovely and SPOTLESS! I loved all the little extras provided like beach towels and beach toys. The beach access was perfect and the free ride services to and from the village worked out perfectly. We can't wait to go back and would stay here again!
