THE LAYOUT
The moment you step through the front door, your Florida vacation has truly begun! Inviting single-level floor is a spacious open concept living, dining and kitchen area with large overlooking pool views. Feel right at home with the light, contemporary décor, bursting with natural light. Never miss a moment between meal prep in the kitchen and the others relaxing in the living or dining areas. Kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs with cookware, dishware, utensils, wine glasses and more. Plenty of seating for meals just off the kitchen or on the outdoor patio. Coffee drinkers are in good hands with both regular and K-cup coffee makers.

Master suite offers stunning private access to the pool lanai, king bed with queen trundle and large smart TV. Two guest bedrooms feature king beds and a third with a queen bed. A full bathroom with shower/tub combination is shared by these rooms.

After a gorgeous day at the beach (or skip the beach!), kick back and relax in the heated backyard pool. Fire up the gas grill and get your backyard, poolside family barbeque on. Need bikes, electric bikes, paddleboards, kayaks? We can have them delivered for a fee.
