The space
The home features 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and 2,510 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space, comfortably accommodating up to 10 adults and 2 children (maximum 12 guests). Two spacious living areas provide plenty of room to gather or spread out, while the upstairs lounge opens onto a charming European-inspired balcony.
At the heart of the home is a fully equipped chef's kitchen featuring a six-burner gas range, oversized island, wine fridge, Keurig coffee maker, and everything needed to prepare meals for your group. Step outside to your own private backyard oasis complete with a heated pool, outdoor lounge seating, BBQ grill, dining area, pool loungers, cornhole, and a fully fenced yard designed for relaxing after a day at the beach.
Sleeping Arrangements
Bedroom 1 (Main Floor): King bed with ensuite bathroom featuring dual vanities, soaking tub, oversized dual-head shower, and walk-in closet.
Bedroom 2 (Main Floor): Queen bed with access to a full bathroom.
Bedroom 3 (Second Floor): King bed with private ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 4 (Second Floor): Queen bed with access to shared bathroom.
Bedroom 5 (Second Floor): Full-over-full bunk bed + twin bed, shared bathroom.

To make your stay effortless, we provide Smart TVs, complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, beach towels, six beach chairs, beach wagon, a beach cooler, simple starter supplies, a one-car garage, and parking for up to four additional vehicles.
Located just a short walk to Shell Beach (tide dependent) and only a 3–4 minute drive to Siesta Key Village and the world-famous Siesta Beach, Villa Blanca is perfectly positioned for days spent on the sand, evenings exploring the island, and unforgettable memories with the people who matter most.
Guest access
Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire home and outdoor living spaces throughout their stay. This includes the heated private pool, fully fenced backyard, outdoor dining and lounge areas, BBQ grill, garage, driveway, and all indoor living spaces.
Self check-in makes arrival easy, allowing you to settle in at your convenience.
For security and inventory purposes, a small number of owner storage closets are locked and unavailable to guests. These areas do not impact your use or enjoyment of the home.
We want you to feel at home and enjoy Villa Blanca as if it were your own.

Maximum Occupancy: Villa Blanca accommodates up to 10 adults and 2 children , with a maximum of *12 guests*. The maximum occupancy may not be exceeded at any time.
Pool: The home features a private heated pool. Pool heating is only available for stays between November 15th - April 15th. Heat is set to approx 85°F. Please note that during periods of unusually cold weather, pool temperatures may vary, as heating performance is affected by outdoor air temperatures.
Beach Access: Shell Beach is a short walk from the home and is accessible depending on the tide. Siesta Beach and Siesta Key Village are just a 3–4 minute drive away.
Stairs: The home has two levels, and there is no elevator.
Parking: Parking is available in the one-car garage and driveway for up to four additional vehicles. Street parking may be restricted, so please follow all local parking regulations.
Wildlife: As with all homes in coastal Florida, you may encounter local wildlife such as lizards, geckos, birds, or insects. The home is professionally maintained and treated regularly, but occasional sightings are a normal part of the Florida environment.
Respect the Neighborhood: Villa Blanca is located in a quiet residential community. We kindly ask guests to be respectful of our neighbors by observing quiet hours and avoiding parties or events.
