Outstanding tranquil location, very short walk to restaurants, bars, convenience store & great coff on Sigiriya Rd. Also very close to both Rocks. Reception staff very helpful & strong English, notably ‘Thilini’ who was outstanding in arranging drivers for our drop-off at, & collection at Sigiriya & Koggala Domestic Airports (both military bases & much security to pass, which only could be arranged liaising in Sri Lankan with drivers & hotels directly). Service staff, there is room for improvement- restaurant staff did not keep up with replenishing buffet items. Very comfortable room, albeit we requested king or queen bed & got 2 traditional (skinny) single beds.

Wonderful stay, clean rooms, great pool and view. The breakfast buffet is nice, however, the dinner options are not great and expensive for Sri Lanka I would recommend walking to the main town of sigiriya (10-15 mins) or the closer restaurants (5 mins) for better food options for dinner. We however had a lovely greeting on arrival at the hotel, and free canapés during our stay. The staff had limited local knowledge but tried their best to help.
