Charming Cottage with Garden in Loire, Near Châteaux, Pets Welcome

Welcome to the Gîte des Courtils, located in the heart of the Loire Valley, at the gateway to the Sologne region and the Loire châteaux. We are 1 hour and 30 minutes from Paris, 30 minutes from Orléans, 20 minutes from Saint-Benoît-sur-Loire, 20 minutes from Sully-sur-Loire and its château, 10 minutes from Germigny-des-Prés and its Carolingian oratory, and 3 minutes from the Loire River ferry operators (offering traditional boat trips). On the ground floor, you'll find an open-plan kitchen, dining room, and living room (wood-burning stove not for use), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there is one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a separate toilet with a macerating toilet and washbasin; and another bedroom with three single beds (90 cm) (two of which can be joined to make a king-size bed (180 cm)).

You can enjoy the 200 m² garden with its garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue, and outdoor games (pétanque, badminton net, rackets, children's games, etc.).

A private parking space is available on the property, and several public parking spaces are located near the cottage.

The all-inclusive rate includes bed linen and towels for your stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), heating, and electricity with reasonable consumption. You have 15 kWh per day included (any excess will be charged to the hosts on site).
Pets are welcome for an additional €3 per pet per night.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
