Le Caillou is a characterful country house dating back to 1733, situated on a sunny hill with spacious grounds just outside the picturesque village of Sigoules, in the heart of the Dordogne. This charming holiday home combines authentic French charm with modern comfort and is ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy peace, nature, and the true French outdoor lifestyle. The village, featuring a supermarket, bakery, and restaurant, is only 1 km away. The absolute highlight of Le Caillou is the large, heated private pool, perfect for relaxation and fun on sunny days.

The interior reflects the character of the historic manor, featuring a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove and a small television for relaxation. The separate, fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need: an American fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, air fryer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and blender. The house has three comfortable bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds. The bathroom includes a bathtub, a shower, and a hairdryer, complemented by two separate toilets for extra convenience.
