Ancient 17th-century farmhouse located within an estate cultivated with cherry trees. Four accommodations are available on the property: three apartments and one house. The property is fully fenced and situated in the countryside, on the outskirts of Treviso, just half an hour from Jesolo and Venice. The outdoor garden and swimming pool (5x14 m, 1.60 m deep) are shared.

The garden covers 20,000 m², offering plenty of space to ensure privacy for all guests. Each accommodation has its own barbecue, private parking, a dedicated garden area, and a terrace or porch for exclusive use. Recently renovated, it offers all the comforts and luxury details appreciated by the modern guest wishing to spend their holiday immersed in the peace of the Venetian countryside, while remaining close to the sea, the convenience of the city, and all services.

The estate’s strategic position, along the route of the ancient Roman road Claudia Augusta, allows guests to alternate relaxing afternoons by the pool with walks along the nearby Sile River, which features a pedestrian and cycling path connecting Venice to Munich. From here, you can enjoy day trips to different art cities: Venice (30 km), Treviso (7 km), Padua (50 km), Vicenza (90 km), or visit nearby medieval towns such as Roncade, Castelfranco Veneto, Oderzo, and Vittorio Veneto, or marvel at the artistic heritage of the Venetian Villas. The Adriatic Riviera beaches, including Jesolo, Eraclea, and Caorle, are just 25 km away, and the mountains, including the Belluno Dolomites, are less than 100 km away.

For safety reasons, it is not possible to charge cars or other electric devices (bicycles, scooters, etc.) from the house’s electrical system. It is advisable to have your own means of transport.

It is one of the four accommodations within the fully fenced estate, sharing the swimming pool, ping pong table, swing, and garden. However, the large size of the park and the way the lodgings are positioned allow each guest to enjoy their own privacy and a private section of the garden. The beautiful porch, for exclusive use, is furnished with a dining table and sofa, offering a lovely space to spend time outdoors or to sunbathe on the loungers. Next to it, there is another porch where a car can be parked. The ground floor features a spacious dining room with living area, a separate kitchen, and a bathroom with double sink and shower. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a nice bathroom with a large shower. Air conditioning in the stairwell leading to the first floor.
