Rooms were clean but the Entrance, breakfast and seating area are under construction, also the gym was closed for our whole stay which was not mentioned on website or told to use upon booking. The breakfast was not good. The breads and bagels were stale, cream cheese was not good.

Upon arrival, there was construction in the hotel and wasn't sure if we were in the right place. There wasn't anyone behind the counter and no bell to ring. Hotel allowed us to check in 30min early, but had to do a room switch because there was a family of gnats in the bathroom sink but otherwise clean. Small complaint is they we're doing late night painting and had all the first floor doors open at 10pm, which was a little concerning for safety reasons.

There was an alarm clock set and it went off at midnight and woke us all up. Had to call the front desk because we couldn't figure out how to turn it off. The front desk person couldn't figure it out either. It went off the second night as well. I won't stay here again.

Receptionist was not very professional. She also seemed to have difficulty processing our information. Not a lot of parking options available. Bed was not very comfortable. It was definitely overpriced!

Although it’s being renovated, the noise level at this hotel was worse than I’ve had in years. Groups of teens were allowed to run up and down the halls late at night, screaming, clapping their hands and knocking on doors. They leaned against my door and hollered and banged on neighboring doors as late as midnight. Worst experience I’ve had in years.
