The living/dining room features an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration purposes only) and an open kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, and a fondue set. There is a dining table in the kitchen area, along with a TV with a flat screen. The living/dining area opens up to a balcony.
