Central and quiet location in the heart of Sils Maria, living and dining room with flat screen TV, adjoining bedroom, bathroom with tub and toilet, hairdryer, open kitchen with dishwasher, oven, 4 hotplates, fondue set, hand blender, toaster, kettle, and fully equipped. Nespresso coffee machine. Balcony with furniture and view to the south. Magnificent view of the village and Furtschellas and the surrounding mountains; W-Lan connection included. In the garden there is a large table and benches for general use; washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement for general use and also free of charge. As well as in summer: use of all Upper Engadine mountain railways and public transport (bus and train) in the Upper Engadine and Bergell included. In winter: Public transport included (valid from the 2nd night)
