3-room apartment on the ground floor, entrance with hall stand, living room with dining area and access to the garden sitting area. Closed, fully equipped kitchen. Double room with built-in wardrobe. Bedroom with 2 beds. Bathroom with shower/toilet/sink. Garden furniture for the garden seat. The fireplace does not work. Garage space (height 1.90 m)

The bathtub was replaced with a shower in autumn 2024.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

The Chesa Crest'Alta was built in 1980 in the Engadine style. The house is located at the entrance to the village of Surlej. The Corvatsch mountain railway is within walking distance. In winter, Corvatsch is a popular excursion destination thanks to its beautiful ski slopes. In summer, it is the starting point for many hikes. In winter, the sports bus runs every half hour in all directions. There are shopping possibilities in Silvaplana, approx. 700 m away.
