Modern and attractive 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor, 65 m2. Entrance with hall stand. Spacious living / dining room with access to the balcony and semi-open kitchen with oven and dishwasher. Double room with access to the balcony, bath / shower / toilet / sink. The spa area of the Hotel Albana can be used for CHF 25.00 per person and day, registration and payment directly at the hotel. 1 garage space. Pets are not allowed. Arrival on Saturday.


HOUSE DESCRIPTION

The Chesa Arsa is a 1981 Engadine style house. The Ueberbauung is located in the village center of Silvaplana, towards Sils - Maloja, next to the Julier. Cross-country skiing and hiking trails are nearby. The sports center is only 10 minutes' walk away, where sports like curling, ice skating, ice hockey, tennis, strength and endurance training, sailing and surfing can be exercised. In the sports center there is a nice little restaurant and camping facilities. The Corvatsch, winter ski and summer starting point for many hikes, is located on the right side of the lake in the village of Surlej, about 700m away. Busses run in the winter every half hour in all directions. Other winter and summer sports can be jointly exercised, 5 km away St. Moritz.

Die Reservation ist einfach und unkompliziert. Die Wohnungen sind perfekt ausgestattet. Da fehlt es wirklich an gar nichts. Zudem ist immer alles sehr sauber und tadellos vorbereitet. Herzlichen Dank und wir werden auch weiterhin über Loga unsere Ferienwohnungen im Engadin buchen.

Ausführliche Information per E-Mail; klare Angaben der Zahlungsfristen für die Wohnung. Kurz vor Abreise noch weitere Informationen zur Schlüsselübergabe. Wir fanden die Wohnung mit Parkplatz gemäss Beschreibung ohne Probleme. Über das Begrüssungspaket, das bereitlag, haben wir uns sehr gefreut! Rundum gut organisierter Engadinaufenthalt durch Loga. Modern eingerichtete, geräumige und saubere Ferienwohnung. Alles Nötige war vorhanden, und die Wohnung hatte einen schönen Ausblick auf den Silvaplanersee. Einzige Problempunkte: WLAN und TV-Empfang. Das WLAN war nicht stabil. Der Empfang von Radiosendungen per Internet auf dem Handy beispielsweise wurde immer wieder unterbrochen. Zudem wird das WLAN auf den Endgeräten als unsicher eingestuft (Public Hotspot). Beim TV-Empfang bedauerten wir, dass ausser einem deutschsprachigen Sportkanal nur Sender aus Italien empfangen werden konnten.
