Quiet and sunny single-roomed apartment on the second floor, 38 m2. Kitchenette with fridge and oven. Nice living/dining room with two foldout beds. Terrace facing southwest with view of the lake. Radio, TV and phone. Bath/toilet/sink. Comfortable furnishing. Garage. Laundry room and ski room for shared use in the underground car park on the 2nd basement floor straight ahead. Animals are not allowed.

Chesa Armonia Muntagnarda was built in 1977 in the Engadine style and is located on a quiet and sunny site with cross-country skiing runs and hiking trails near by.
