Just as any historic hotel it has a lack of certain modern amenities which is to be expected. However, there were very few tv channels to choose from. Nevertheless it was an enjoyable stay.

Cute Vintage Hotel

If you like well-kept historic vintage hotels, this is the place for you. Everything is as true to the original as possible. Yes the rooms and bathroom are small, the way they were when it was built, but it's still charming and fun. Friendly staff, nice breakfast. The only thing that we didn't care for is there is NO parking lot and you have to park on the street in a sketchy neighborhood ( homeless people asking for money while we were unloading our car.) No one bothered our car for the two days we were here. Aside from that we loved it and would definitely stay here again.

This was the second time we had stayed at the Murray Hotel. The quality of the rooms was comforting, and we enjoyed the quiet. The hotel's location is convenient for getting to the University and the local businesses downtown.
