The entire house has been completely remodeled and newly renovated, including a new front porch and full back decking. You’ll be just a short walk away from Plume Coffee Bar, Bread Bar cocktail lounge, Plume Market and playground. There are plenty of trails right outside your house, and you’re also close to skiing, biking, fishing, and historic Georgetown, with a walk to the Loop train station. Plus, there’s a free Clear Creek County bus, so you can beat the I70 ski traffic and enjoy all the outdoor fun that the area has to offer!
