Royal Palms Apartment (garden view – ground floor – 1/4 people). The particular name of this apartment is originated from the beautiful two Royal Palms tree located in front of the entrance. The apartment have a big bright bedroom with a comfortable huge king size bed, high quality cotton bed sheets with nice design, bed side tables, lamps, ceiling fan, wardrobe, a window with mosquito screens, security bars. At the entrance there is the new fully equipped kitchen which has a bamboo table with 4 chairs, a gas stove with 6 burners and oven, a big refrigerator with freezer, a double sink, kitchen cabinets, Italian coffee machine, American coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, cutlery, dishes, glasses, pots, ceiling fan, mosquito screens and security bars; the living-room has a double queen sofa bed (for 2 more people), two comfortable armchairs, two coffee tables and a 42" flat screen tv with Flow box (80 international channels) and internet connection for Netflix, Prime Video, You Tube etc.; the new bathroom has a very particular sink, a big mirror, beautiful tiles with mosaic, the toilet and a large shower with sliding tempered glass doors and travertine floor. There is an Air Conditioned unit available in the bedroom at a supplement per night of 10 USD (for a maximum use of 12 hours per night). The covered patio has a table with chairs and the garden all around with lawn, sun bed, palm trees and a nice hammock. In the apartment there are 110 volt American sockets and 220 volt European sockets with all adapters . It’s also available free of charge a fast Internet connection with Optic Fiber with 300 MBps of speed in download and 100 MBps in upload with Ethernet cable and also a Wi-Fi connection (2,4 GHz or 5 GHz), water, light, bed linens, bathroom towels. In the garden there is also an outdoor shower, few hoses and a laundry machine; next the property there is a big parking area. We offer our guests a wide selection of water sport equipment for rentals such as Surf and Windsurf, with also car rental with the biggest provider in the island. Ask us for availability and prices.
