Sweet Jewel Apartments in Silver Sands!! - The Frangipani Apartment

We would like to inform all our future guests that, due to Covid-19, our Company follows all the new Government Cleaning Protocols. In addition to this for higher health security reasons we decided to leave all our apartments free for at least 48 hours between all stays and also to treat them 2 days before any arrival with our new Ozone Generator which is 99% proven to inactivate any eventual kind of bacteria and viruses. The Frangipani Apartment (with garden view - ground floor - for 2-3 people) has been renovated last year and all is completely new. It has a bedroom with double queen bed, sheets of good cotton, 2 bedside tables, wardrobe and a ceiling fan; there is a fully equipped kitchen with everything: 4 gas stove with oven, refrigerator, freezer, sink, cabinets, Italian coffee maker, american coffee maker, toaster, blender, cutlery, dishes, glasses, pots, etc; the bathroom has a beautiful sink, a big mirror, a toilet and a large shower. At the entrance of the apartment there is a covered patio overlooking the garden, with table, chairs, lawn on two sides around and a Frangipani tree just in front of it, from which the apartment takes its name. There are 110 volt sockets (with the American/Canadian sockets) and 220 volt sockets 10/16, European sockets. We offer for free: fast High Speed internet connection with OPTICAL FIBER (Wi-Fi connection with 20 MB of speed in download and also with Ethernet plug), gas, water, light, bathroom towels and good quality bed linen.
This is a self catering apartment, but we change the bathroom towels every 3-4 days and the bed linen every 7 days. Our guests has all the garden at their disposal, including an external shower, cloth lines, 3 hoses and relaxing areas. Next the property we have a big parking area. Air Conditioning is available at a supplement of 10 USD per night (max 12 hours) and 15 USD for day and night (guests must turn off the a/c when leaving the apartment).

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find a garden and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
