Welcome to The Silver Springs Retreat

Enjoy 1,174 square feet of comfort, complete with fresh filtered spring water throughout. This charming home features three bedrooms, one bathroom, and ample space for relaxation and entertainment.

Bedrooms: Three cozy rooms with premium mattresses for restful sleep—one King bed and two Queen beds. Each room is outfitted with lightweight quilts and room-darkening curtains.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you need to cook and serve delicious meals. Includes pots, pans, cutting boards, a toaster oven, knives, utensils, wine glasses, and a versatile coffee maker (pods and grounds starter coffee provided). For a special treat, try the pizza oven—designed for use in the oven.

Game Room: Packed with fun, including a pool table, indoor darts, golf target practice, and a variety of board games (giant Jenga included!).

Green Room: A serene space for relaxation, featuring yoga mats, lounging pillows, a projector, and an assortment of calming incense.

Great place!

This is a great location right by the springs. You can walk if you want. Great friendly diner on the same block. And being Florida, it’s great that they have indoor games if the kids get bored. Huge fenced yard if you need it fire pit and other outside activities. A lot packed into this home. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay here. The house was clean on arrival and is truly ideal if you're visiting Silver Springs with pets. The fully fenced backyard is huge, well lit at night, and gave our dogs plenty of room to run.A few notes for future guests: the inflatable soccer game in the yard is older but still usable, and the grill is no longer on the property. The living room is on the smaller side, so it’s not the best setup for a large group to gather around the TV, but that wasn’t an issue for us as we were there to enjoy the river. The kitchen was well stocked, though there were only two coffee cups — so bring extras if you need more. The fire pit area was a highlight, with plenty of outdoor seating for nightly fires and socializing.The location is excellent, just two minutes from Silver Springs, Shopping centers and multiple great resturaunts.The host was extremely communicative, answering every question within the hour. Overall, a comfortable, pet‑friendly stay with great outdoor space.

Cottage near the Springs

House was clean inside,grille all but unusable needs replacing. Outdoors alot of cords in the yard games left Outdoors and dated i.e cornhole. Alot of shady foot traffic on the street wasn't comfortable with the kids out front alone. Diner is out of business.The host was very polite and responsive so we made the best of it.
