Our heat didn’t work in the room, there was mold in the bathroom so we didn’t feel comfortable using the shower, the bedding had stains on it, housekeeping tried to just barge in our room 30 minutes before checkout, the smell in the entire hotel was horrendous. Overall a really poor experience!

overall experience

breakfast was thin with no fruits or proteins shower curtain ripped curtains had holes in them laminate flooring not staying down on the floor and loose one of the bed squeaked and mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable with little support key card stopped working several times - front desk was nice but had to replace cards multiple times walls were thin enough to hear everything from the adjacent rooms tv was tiny for the size of the room

The bathroom sink handle came off if you turned it right. The laminate floor around the toilet was completely warped. The floor was completely saturated in old urine and smelled completely awful. It was very unsanitary.

All in all, average accomodations. Tv internet kept locking up. Was noisy at times ( exit door outside of room ). Heater ( mini-split) was shutting off/on every 30 - 40 seconds. Reception people were very nice and professional. Continental breakfast was good however I think fruit would have been a nice offering. Restaurant food was very good and staff was friendly.

We’ve been going here for many many years, it’s finally gone so downhill, this was our last time unfortunately. So many things are now broken we can’t tell if they’re getting ready to sell or it’s getting ready for demolition. The “continental breakfast” is now horrible, it’s literally cereal, toast, frozen waffles and yogurt, that’s it, many people were complaining. Used to be good, now it’s comical it’s so bad. The staff was great, they’re working with what they have.

Overpriced and tired

The hotel was very run down. Flooring was buckled and falling apart in our room. It looked like it may have been water damaged a long time ago. There were mildew stains under the caulk in the bathroom. The hall had a funky odor. The bed was comfortable enough and the linens were decent. Check in was not very friendly. Didn’t greet us, just looked at us until I said I was checking in. Then he poked around on his computer, gave us the room number & the standard info about the restaurant. No smile, no “have a nice stay”.

Property was very outdated, noisy toilet, tv not working properly. Smelled like mildew. Popcorn ceilings, heat wouldn’t stay on. Nice location, property just wasn’t the cleanest. Only stayed one night. Wouldn’t stay longer than that.

The room was clean and comfortable- although there was obvious water damage to the floor in the restroom and entryway. However the reason we left early (and for the poor review) was that each afternoon and evening when we returned to the hotel there was an overwhelming odor of marijuana in the hallway - all the way from the elevators to our room (which was at the end of the hall).
