Property Description
River's Edge 5 is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with incredible river and mountain views. Sleeps 4. Just over the bridge from restaurants, coffee shop, retail shops, the Silverthorne Pavilion and the Silverthorne Performing Arts Center. The Silverthorne Recreation Center is also just across the street. This top-floor condo is a private home full of eclectic art and features elevator access. The River's Edge complex has a lot of extras: a wonderful, central location on the Blue River, one car heated garage and an easy walk to coffee shop, restaurants, liquor store and shops. It features oversized windows, tall ceilings, hardwood floors and in-floor radiant heat. The deck with electric grill and patio table for 4 faces the Gore Mountain Range and Blue River. The granite kitchen is built for cooks with stainless steel appliances and both Keurig and drip coffee makers. Living area features a large flatscreen and gas fireplace. Dining area seats 6 with additional kitchen bar seating for 3. Full size washer and dryer in unit for convenience.

The River's Edge complex is located on the tree-lined Blue River Recreation Path that connects to all towns and resorts in the area. The river is a popular fly-fishing stream. The unit is just across the pedestrian bridge from the Silverthorne Pavilion, Cutthroat Anglers fly-fishing shop, Silverthorne Performing Arts Center, restaurants and shops. The Pavilion is a popular wedding venue and hosts cultural events. It's an easy walk or bike to the Silverthorne Outlets. Watch the wildlife and birds that frequent the river corridor.

Just a 10 minute drive to Copper Mountain, 15 minutes to Keystone or Loveland, 25 minutes to Breckenridge or Arapahoe Basin and 30 minutes to Vail. Less than a 5 minute drive to brewpubs, restaurants, shops, sporting goods stores, Target and ski/board rental. The Silverthorne Rec Center across the street has 65,000 square feet of athletic facilities including a pool area with 3 pools, hot tub and water slide. Basketball gym, running track, cardio, free and weight machine areas plus outdoor tennis courts, basketball, skateboard park, playground and multi-use field at Rainbow Park. The free Summit Stage shuttle stop is just across the street and accesses all resorts and towns. The new Silverthorne Performing Arts Complex that features the award-winning Lake Dillon Theater Company is just across the river over the pedestrian bridge and features live theater, comedy, music, art workshops and festivals.
