In case you haven’t heard, Silverthorne is the new “it” spot in Summit County: a revamped downtown area, exciting new shops and dining options, and beautiful new lodging choices like this riverfront condo! There are plenty of hiking and biking trails nearby, as well as world-class fly fishing on the Blue River – or book a tee time at the Raven Three Peaks golf course just down the road. And in the winter, all of Summit County’s ski areas are within 15 miles. This is the place you and your group have been looking for!

River West Ptarmigan Peak Condo is a beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom premium townhome that’s perfect for up to six people. The living area is filled with natural light from big windows overlooking the Blue River there’s also a gas fireplace and a huge flat-screen TV for relaxing after the day’s mountain adventure. There’s also a bar with a mini fridge and drink-making gear. Then, step out onto the patio and watch the river flow by. The beautiful modern kitchen features marble counters, high-end Café brand appliances (including a gas range) and all the gear you’ll need to whip up snacks or memorable holiday meals. The dining table seats four, and there’s room for four at the counter.

The River West complex includes shared hot tubs for guests to enjoy. Other amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and covered parking for one vehicle. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens.
