Each bedroom provides a restful haven, including a primary suite with a plush king bed and a second bedroom with a comfortable queen bed. The living room also includes a convenient full-sized Murphy bed for additional sleeping space.

Such a perfect size condo for 5 adults and an infant! The view from the back porch is beautiful, we had a beautiful view of the river and the neighborhood was quiet and nice! This condos location is close to everything you could possibly need!!!

This property is centrally located and has easy access to get to other cities nearby. The Blue River flowing outside the back balcony is very relaxing. I wish there were ceiling fans installed due to no central air because it can get a little warm during the summer.

Nice summer stay

Nice, new condo. Love the stealth Murphy bed in living area. Hornet nest on balcony, but prop mgr came same day to spray. Stayed during hottest week in Summit Co., so first days were hot inside. Unit has no AC, but that is totally understandable (almost no homes in Summit have or need). Parking spot a bit far from unit, but guessing that will get better after adjacent construction complete.
