Locked Out

The place is exactly as described and very clean. We had a terrible time getting in as the lock to the building was very troublesome, sometimes it worked but only after spending some time trying it. Once we even had to rely on a kind neighbour to let us into the building. The manager responded quickly and provided a new key but it wasn’t much better.Also note no heating which was a surprise to us, but our fault as we didn’t think to ask give we are Canadian and that’s a given to us.
