The rooms were nice and clean, but the experience overall was difficult and disappointing. Although the host provided a lot of instructions, there were still not enough considering they told us the location of the lockbox and then we had to sort through 4 others to figure out which was the right one. The bathroom sink was clogged and wouldn't drain, all the power shut off when I plugged in the kettle, the washing machine kept running or getting stuck all night so that by morning our clothes still weren't done and worse the machine was still locked. I spent an hour trying to get it openings up 3and dealing with water spilling out, cleaning up and squeezing out soaking clothes which we didn't have time to dry before we left. The kids bed had a broken piece of wood on it which ended up scraping my daughter's arm. The host was initially responsive before we arrived, but we got little help after that.
