Great house but many flaws
The house matches the online photos very well. It is well located and very close to the beach and other amenities. The decoration is simple but feels comfortable and the house is pretty spacious.
The check in process is pretty simple and contactless, you're given the codes for the safe with the key to the house.
However there were some issues. The house had obvious cleaning problems - there were a few hairs, and beard hairs, on the living room and bedroom. The floor, couch and bedsheets had stains. When we communicated this to the management company, they apologised briefly for the inconvenience and offered to replace the bedsheets but only on the following day. The shower drain had some minor issues as well, not handling the water if you fully open the shower taps. There's no toaster, which we found odd, and there isn't a dish rack either.
Finally, the bed needs some fixes - it creaks really loudly as soon as you even sit on it, making sleeping a bit difficult because of the noise every movement makes.
Overall it was a good house at a great location, but it lost some points on a few details. Luckily they are easily fixable and I hope the management company takes note and creates a better experience for future guests.
