The Miradouro apartment is located right on the beach and just a few meters from the beautiful beach promenade in Armação de Pêra. This apartment is on the 5th floor and offers a magnificent view of the sea.

The living room is open to the kitchen. The kitchen is modernly equipped and has its own dining area. From your comfortable armchair in the living room, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. The bedroom has a small balcony with a beautiful ocean view and is furnished with a double bed. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower. Like all our apartments, it features high-speed fiber-optic internet, satellite TV (with all German channels), MEO TV (100 Portuguese channels, series, and movies—some in the original English), and air conditioning. There is currently a construction site nearby, and construction noise may occur during the day. Prices have therefore already been reduced by 20%.

You’ll find many shops and restaurants right on your doorstep. Just cross the street, and after only 40 meters, you’ll reach the expansive sandy beach and the unique little coves of Armação de Pêra.

Schöne Aussicht

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Andrea empfangen. Einweisung und Übergabe erfolgte reibungslos. Alles vorhanden für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist perfekt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Wir waren uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
