This apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building with two lifts on the beachfront.
Upon entering the Praia apartment is facing a small hall giving access to all the different rooms.
Certainly the division that you will awaken more attention is the living room. Full of natural light and light decor, enjoys a magnificent ocean view. In it you can find a comfortable sofa chaise long, a mobile TV with Satellite channels, a mobile sideboard and a table with four chairs where you can dine while admiring the panoramic views of the ocean. When you open the window has a small balcony with a table and 2 chairs that invite you to read a book, or simply close your eyes and feel the cool breeze of the sea.
Next to the living room is a kitchenette with oven, electric hob, fridge, dishwasher, electric kettle and basic utensils such as cups, cutlery and the like.

Weather was not good but location of apartment made the holiday. Elsa was always on hand for any help. Thank you and hope to see you again. Property is good size and nice small balcony to have a coffee on. Windows in lounge fantastic large picture ones so feel as if you are outside

Wir hatten 2 schöne Wochen in der Wohnung im 1. OG eines Hochhauses. Highlight der Wohnung ist die Aussicht, die uns erlaubt hat jeden Morgen mit Blick auf das Meer zu frühstücken. Nach einer Woche gab es eine Zwischenreinigung inkl. Neuer Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Das hat uns positiv überrascht. In der Küche war die Ausstattung super, es gab ausreichend Besteck, Töpfe, Pfannen, Teller, Tassen und sogar eine Saftpresse sowie eine Kapselkaffeemaschine, einen Toaster und einen Wasserkocher. Den Geschirrspüler und die Waschmaschine haben wir gerne genutzt. Die Wohnung bräuchte insgesamt etwas Liebe, d.h. kleinere Handwerkertätigkeiten z.B. Küchenschränke richtig einstellen, Türen einstellen, so dass sie schließen, Schrankteile wieder richtig befestigen usw. Auch scheint die Klimaanlage defekt zu sein - sie kühlt zwar, aber verteilt den Luftstrom nicht im Raum. Es gibt auch nur im Wohnzimmer eine Klimaanlage, nicht im Schlafzimmer, was im Sommer zum Teil sehr unangenehm war. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es ausreichend Schränke für die Kleidung, jedoch nur 2 Einzelbetten. Die 2 noch möglichen Kinder müssen im Wohnzimmer auf dem Schlafsofa schlafen. Super war der inkludierte Zugang zu den Sindel Piscinias um die Ecke, den wir gerne genutzt haben, da es dort Schatten und Liegen gab. Man sollte sich bewusst sein, dass: - das Haus in einer belebten Gegend liegt inkl. Musik bis weit in die Nacht- der Notstromgenerator direkt unter Wohnung liegt- der Fahrstuhl zu hören war.

Beautiful Ocean view

Nice and clean apartment, all the necessary and extra kitchen utensils. Light, spacious, modern. Good bath tub. The boulevard and beach in front of the building. Ocean view from the living room. Nice small sunny balcony. It needs some maintenance: a dropped mirror, a standing lamp broken, a drawer cupboard not working.
