Villa Seven Seas is an elegant and comfortable residence, ideal for families or groups seeking tranquillity, space and leisure moments in a welcoming environment, perfect for relaxing holidays in the Algarve.



The living and dining room is spacious and bright, providing an inviting environment for socialising and relaxation, with direct access to the outdoor areas of the house.



On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, both en suite, one with a bathroom with shower and another with a bathtub, with an additional service bathroom for greater convenience.



On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, both en suite, one with a bathroom with a bathtub and another with a shower, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.



On the lower floor there is a functional leisure area, with a snooker table, a service bathroom with direct access to the pool area and a barbecue, ideal for relaxed moments in a group.



The kitchen is fully equipped, offering a practical and functional space for meal preparation, with direct access to the outside of the property.



On the outside, the private pool stands out, a heated pool (additional cost), surrounded by spaces designed for relaxation and enjoying the Algarve climate, creating the ideal setting for outdoor days.



Located in a pleasant area, Villa Seven Seas is close to the beach, as well as bars, restaurants and essential services, allowing you to fully enjoy the surroundings during your stay.



The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €180 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 8 guests.

From the 9th to the 12th guest, an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.

This villa offers its guests barbecue grills and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
