Welcome to this modern retreat in the charming town of Pêra, just minutes away from the stunning sandy beaches of Armação de Pêra!
Step outside and enjoy moments of relaxation by your private swimming pool, soak up the sun on the inviting terrace, and gather for memorable meals at the BBQ. After a day of exploring the Algarve, refresh with a dip in the pool.
Inside, comfort meets modern design. The top floor offers two spacious double bedrooms and one smaller double room, all sharing a fantastic balcony with lovely views, along with a large bathroom featuring both a shower and a bathtub.
On the ground floor, discover a stylish open-plan kitchen and dining area, filled with natural light from large sliding doors that open directly to the pool. This level also includes a chic bathroom with a shower.
In the basement, unwind in your private lounge, complete with a big sofa and TV—the perfect spot for cosy movie nights.

· 500 € as a safety deposit one week before entering the house. The amount will be refunded up to 1 week after check-out and will only be deducted in case of damage to the property.
