The first floor features two en-suite bedrooms with balconies offering stunning sea views.The modern, fully equipped kitchen ensures functionality and style, making meal preparation a pleasure.In the basement, you will find two more bedrooms, a secondary kitchen, a bathroom, and a generous entertainment area with a TV room, snooker table, foosball, and table tennis.Outside, an extensive terrace includes a private heated pool (additional cost), sun loungers, and lawns for outdoor leisure, along with an alfresco dining area with barbecue and a jacuzzi (additional cost) for moments of pure relaxation. The property is fully enclosed, has an automatic gate, and parking facilities.Located in a quiet area, just minutes on foot from shops, bars, and beaches, Villa Oliveira guarantees unforgettable holidays.It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Group deposit: € 3000 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). Please note that the occupancy for this property is 12 guests.From the 13th to the 16th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
