The room was fine. Next door people were too loud at 6 am the next day, couple teenagers were playing basketball close to our window at 8 am. Maybe staff should remind clients to be mindful if they are up early. Other people might be sleeping, especially at 6 am. Besides that, everything was good.

The room was clean. Bedding needed better blankets. They were very thin like a hospital. The sliding screen door to the balcony was bent like someone’s dog had run through it. The door closure to the room didn’t work, which I’m fine with as I like to leave the door open to air things out. It may be a security concern for some folks. The Facility wise, it was clean, and tidy. Maid service was excellent. The breakfast was ok (eggs were runny). I did like the coffee. Staff at the front desk were friendly. Pool area looked very nice. I stayed in RM 235, over looking the water fall, which I really liked (leave the balcony door open and listen to the sound). I was not happy that the (2) ice machines I found were both out of order.
