This beautiful 3 bed - 3,5 bath luxurious corner unit in Simpson Bay Yacht club (SBYC) is located in the best spot of the island. 2 bedrooms have King beds and the third has a Full size bed. We can also add a crib. Check the pictures of our private rooftop terrace with Jacuzzi. SBYC has 3 pools and 2 tennis courts for you to use. The Beach is at 5 min walking and so are Supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, bars, casinos etc. This is the perfect 3 bdr house if you want to enjoy all of SXM. This condo has everything you need. It is located in the well known gated complex: Simpson Bay Yacht Club with full time security. The condo has 2 designated parking spots right in front of the unit and one of the three pools is right across from the apartment as well. Walk up one flight of stairs to get to the front door. At this level you will find the living room and dining area with 2 beautiful terraces overlooking the lagoon. The open kitchen with bar area has everything you might need if you want to cook (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, kettle, toaster etc). The terrace attached to the living room is overlooking the lagoon on one side and the ocean on the other. It has wide open doors to enjoy the breeze. and the terrace has a gas bbq if you like to prepare some grilled dinner items. The balcony at the dining area has a great view over the lagoon as well. The first bedroom with ensuite bathroom is also at this level and contains a full sized bed. This room is also set up as an office with lots of workspace with wireless screens, a keyboard and a printer for you to use if you need to work. In the hallway you will find a separate guest toilet as well as a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience. At the second level you will find 2 bedrooms with kingsize beds and ensuite bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own balcony to enjoy some quiet time or just to feel the island breeze. Walk out to the 5th terrace of this condo and enjoy the Jacuzzi for a sunset cocktail during your stay with us. On top of all of this the complex has 3 gorgeous pools (and a kids pool) and 2 tennis courts for you to use. As the complex is gated and security is here 24hrs a day you will feel very safe and secured. We will meet you at check in and are always reachable by email, phone or whatsapp in case of any questions. Simpson Bay is a quiet neighborhood just around the corner of all action you might be looking for. Super close to supermarkets, casinos, restaurants, bars and the bakery. Of course the beach is at 5 minutes walking distance too. There are so many things to do in less than a 5 minute walk or drive. Of course you can rent a car (smallest are at about 25/35$ a day) as there are so many places to visit on both sides of the island. Numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets, activities, marinas with ferries to other islands are close to home. There are shops, spa's, a golf course, marinas with ferries to other islands, water sports and a movie theater. The capitols Philipsburg on the Dutch side and Marigot on the French side offer duty free shopping and local markets. Visit Pinel Island for a great day on the beach or go to Grand Case for a French dining experience. One of the things St Maarten is famous for is the sight of the planes landing on Juliana airport. Just past the airport you will find the famous Sunset Beach Bar and Driftwood bar where the planes practically land on your head.
