Unique domicile in renovated, traditional cottage from the 19th century. Small garden, protected from view. Close to swimming and fishing lake. You can also go shopping in beautiful Simrishamn or visit Wallanders Ystad. The blue sea, the white sandy beaches, the beautiful nature of Österlen will make you spend a nice vacation. In the surrounding area there is a lot to see and do. The medieval castle Glimmingehus, the stones of Ales Stenar near Kåseberga invite you to discover.

The house is located in an art-historically interesting area. In this context, visit Komstad lime quarry and the associated 19th century dwellings.
