Underbart hotell med retro känsla

En wow känsla uppkom när man kom in innanför entré-dörren. Ett hotell i retro-stil och som visar upp gamla klassiker från kända keramiker som bl.a. Stig Lindberg. Rummet som gick i samma stil var inte stort men det tillhörde en uteplats som var fantastisk. Frukosten hade inga varmrätter men brödet var hembakat och det fanns flera olika sylter som var hemmagjorda. En annan ovanlig sak var att det fanns ett gästkök som man kunde låna. Bra gångavstånd både till Kiviksgraven och ner till hamnen och restauranger.

Överraskad av miljön!

Bokade rum via bokningssajt enkom för att ha någonstans att sova i samband med annan aktivitet i Kivik. Personalen var väldigt flexibel att tillmötesgå incheckning strax utanför aviserad incheckningstid. Nu checkade vi in i tid ändå men kunde ställa bilen innan vi checkade in. Hade inte en aning om att detta var ett retrohotel och det var en underbar miljö med många minnen från uppväxt. Den enda i personalen, förmodligen ur ägarfamilj bemötte oss mycket väl. Klanderfri renhet, mysig frukost med möjlighet till två utomusplatser i olika väderstreck. Det som begränsar att ge högsta betyg är att den .förmodligen i modern tid. insatta utfällbara sängen var ganska obekväm. Det finns säkert andra typer av rum men vi var ute i "sista sekund". Finns nu andra val av rum rekommenderar jag detta hotell starkt och ser mig själv som boende igen.

Direkt man klev innanför dörrarna kände man sig välkommen och hemma. Inredningen gick i 60-talsstuk och var otroligt vackert. Rummet var över förväntan, vacker gammal inredning med en modern touch och för finare, varmare väder fanns en otrolig balkong att umgås på. Frukost serverades i en otrolig matsal. Utbudet på det ätbara var kanske inte så stort, men det som serverades var gudomligt så man kände aldrig att något saknades. Frallorna var alltid varma och färska, bara det är ett stort plus! Hela känslan på hotellet var väldigt mysig och familjär, och det var väldigt lugnt. Både jag och min sambo är otroligt nöjda över vår vistelse och kommer absolut att boka detta hotell fler gånger!

Så fint och rent retrohotell blev lite nostalgisk! Rummet vi hade var lite trångt men det var inget problem man satt inte inne på rummet ändå. Kan verkligen rekommendera
