Excellent cute Swedish place

Such a nice and comfortable place. We felt very warm welcomed and really liked the hotel, the garden of roses which is beautiful, the breakfast was excellent too.

Hemtrevligt boende mitt i stan

Mysigt hotell (med viss, trevlig gammaldags pensionatskänsla) med superbra läge mitt i Simrishamn. Ändå tyst, eftersom det inte ligger direkt mot gatan. Fräscha rum, sköna sängar, fin rosenträdgård där man kan sitta och fika. Plus för gratis kaffe och liten kaka i lobbyn. Det enda minuset var den rätt tråkiga gården man gick igenom för att komma till entrén. Där fanns det å andra sidan parkeringsplatser för hotellet, och gården låstes med grind på natten, så för den som kommer med bil är detta förstås ett plus.

Lyxigt vandrarhem, snål frukost. Gammal inredning.

Charmigt hotell. Som ett lyxigt vandrarhem. Inget stort hotellkomplex. Alltid lika trevligt här. Topp of the line för sisådär 40år sedan. Priset är rätt högt och du betalar hotellpris för att bo på ett vandrarhem. God frukost men inget stekt bacon som man förknippar med hotellfrukost. Mest var det smörgås och så. Frukosten var bättre här förr. Tidigare har de haft handrullade köttbullar. Nu var det 50/50 frysta uppvärmda köttbullar. Äggröran var inte god. Pålägget tog snabbt slut. Känslan är att det var bäst här för sisådär 40år sedan. Lugnt och tyst nattetid. Nära till mataffär restauranger shopping cafe hav och strand. Ej värt priset som vi betalade om man jämför med vad man får i övriga landet för samma pris. Men vi är nöjda ändå. Sängarna var nog också nya för sisådär 40år sedan. Gammalt men ej slitet. Passar endel och andra ej. Köper de nya sängar och serverar bättre frukost så kan vi stå ut med ”charmen” Men det verkar inte som det. Är nog bara charmen kvar på detta ställe. Som sagt så är vi ändå nöjda med resan.
