Q Marie is a sunny, two-room apartment situated on the 8th floor of the Colina Marei complex, a modern and clean residential complex, equipped with two lifts, large halls decorated with granite, underground parking and a place to serve dining at the L etage restaurant right next to it.
The apartment can easily accommodate two families, as the bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed with a premium 5-star mattress of 180 cm width and the living room sofa is extensible and of good quality. At the extensible table in the open kitchen, eight people can serve. There is even a baby chair. The kitchen contains standard amenities (gas hob, sink, dishwasher, hood, microwave, fridge). One thing to be neglected is the smart TV with a special remote for surfing the net. Obviously there is wi-fi (the password is displayed on the modem). There is also a children s table and chair. The bathroom is equipped with bathtub, washbasin, shelf, hair dryer, bathroom cosmetics, large and small towels and a laundry basket.
The direct view of the mountain and the position towards the east makes the Q Marie Apartment a real place for energy recovery and recharge. On the sun-drenched terrace you can enjoy coffee.
