Bang per buck can't be beat

This place is not new or particularly modern but it has everything you need to enjoy a vacation. I stayed there last year and returned to the same property. I did bring a proper fry pan and french press to enjoy the things that are not particularly high quality that I enjoy.

The place was perfect for us and was exactly what it said it was..

The neighbor was fine and the grocery was 3 minutes on foot! A longer walk , maybe 20 minutes, you could be at the ocean. Everyone was friendly and helpful!!!

Great location right up the hill from Hagatna.

Great location and the apartment size was what I needed. Way better than any hotel in Tumon Bay and way less traffic. Right across the street from a grocery store and maybe half mile from the Navy Hospital, exchange and gas station. Staff are friendly and ready to assist if needed. I would definitely stay there again.
