The staff is amazing and helpful. The location is also near perfect for airport and jewel mall access. my complaints lie with the property itself. The hallways are on the exterior of the rooms in unconditioned space. Rooms must have the card inserted into the power slot for anything to work. As such rooms get very hot during the day and are uncomfortably warm upon check-in. This would be fine except the air conditioners do not work well. The staff was kind enough to give me an early check-in, but even with the air conditioner working for five hours straight, the room temperature increased overtime to the point I had to request a different room. The second room was very warm when I checked in and the air conditioner was still unable to cool, even though it was on through the entire night. Also, both rooms were a little bit dirty (bathroom counter had hair on them). The first room also smelled of mildew. I would expect more from a five star rated property.i would recommend a stay here for the location but do not expect your state to be comparable to any other five star property. I would give this property four stars at best and that’s generous.

This is a wonderful hotel. It is very clean and comfortable. It is also super convenient for those travelling, with an overnight in Singapore. It's right there at the airport, easy to find and easy to return for next day's flight. The staff was very professional and helpful.

Room was great though showed signs of wear and tear. The bathroom door was broken so we couldn’t close it. Breakfast was fantastic as always and you cannot beat the location of this hotel.
