Good room for a layover. The rooms are a bit worn but the bed is comfortable. Easy to walk to Jewel and restaurants in all the terminals.

Staff was courteous hotel was old had higher expectations for cost and that it was a Crown plaza hotel especially in Singapore. Room was spacious but not to the standard I expected. Room was spacious and comfortable just think some upgrades would were needed. Overall would give a 31/2 * rating. Lobby very nice and location is outstanding. Not sure about all the rooms need renovations but I was given a 4th floor room that certainly needed some. Again staff nice and polite.

Friendly staff on check in. There was a problem with the room and Josiah Gwee was excellent in dealing with the problem. Very much appreciated the complimentary dinner in the Allore restaurant as an apology. All good. I would stay at the Crowne Plaza again.

We had circa 20 hrs between connections so we stayed at the hotel. Staff is extremely helpful; always with a big smile on their faces. We only had drinks at the bar. Was a nice lively bar and drinks were very good. We did have an issue: we had 2 drink vouchers and wanted to use them for the 2 tiger beers we had ordered. But they told us that the vouchers could only be used with bottled beer and not draft beer. The other issue we had was with bathroom. The way the sink is designed makes it extremely difficult to wet shave. To wet shave you like to be close to the mirror and have a lot of light. The way the sink is designed it makes it difficult to get close to the mirror and the light near the mirror is so-so ……. The outdoor pool is wonderful and the room was nice and spaces. The bed was quite hard so anyone who likes soft one may not like it. There is a Starbucks nearby and we liked the 20 odd local food vendors in the basement of Terminal 3. You can eat there all day cheaply and the food is excellent.

I checked in at 1am. Had requested for a late check out for my 1 day stay. The hotel extended the checkout till 1pm. Not worth my loyalty to the hotel given how many times I use it on my transit. Rather be loyal to Marriott who extend my checkout to 4pm.

Overall property is amazing - especially location ! Only 3 minutes to any airport terminal via the air train. Hotel appearance comes across as nice but upon close look, it was quite dirty. Excellent place to stay for a day/night layover. Endless food option on the Jewel area of the airport!
