This is a wonderful hotel. It is very clean and comfortable. It is also super convenient for those travelling, with an overnight in Singapore. It's right there at the airport, easy to find and easy to return for next day's flight. The staff was very professional and helpful.

Room was great though showed signs of wear and tear. The bathroom door was broken so we couldn’t close it. Breakfast was fantastic as always and you cannot beat the location of this hotel.

Excellent for an airport hotel and amazing pool area. We stayed one night so we could explore the mall and airport before we flew back home. The pool was a maze of waterways with plants and you could see planes landing and taking off. Access to the airport/mall steps away so very convenient.

We were upgraded to a junior suite from a premium room with a club lounge access. Not sure why but it was greatly appreciated. That was a nice end to a month away. Pity it was for only a night. The suite was large with a bedroom, a walk in wardrobe, full bathroom, a separate toilet, a coffee making area, a lounge and an office area. The only downside was that we couldn’t control the TV volume in the lounge with any of the remote controllers supplied. Had to use the remote from the TV in the bedroom. Maybe that was what we were supposed to do? We didn’t have time to use the very unique swimming pool there. Overall, it was a wonderful stay albeit too short.
