Beautiful hotel in a good location, however not sure on value for the price compared to other options. Staff amazing. No 24 hour room service or mini bar. Watch out if you arrive after 9:30pm no food or drinks available at the hotel.

The only staff who were genuinely helpful during our stay were the ones at the door. We booked for 4 people but were given a room with a king bed and a single bed, with the expectation that the kids would sleep in the middle. The beds themselves were extremely uncomfortable, with hard springs that made it painful to sleep. To make matters worse, the fold-out single bed they jammed into the room left no space to walk around at all. We had friends staying in the same hotel whose room was about a metre wider than ours, so clearly better layouts exist, but we weren’t offered one. Overall, this hotel was completely unsuitable for families, and based on our experience, I would never recommend it for anyone travelling with children.

Excellent central location, walking distance to many attractions and close to both MRT and bus stops for moving further around Singapore. Great pool and had access to the crystal club for breakfast, afternoon tea and evening food & drinks which was a great touch. Room was great with all facilities required.

Good location, service not so good!

Super convenient location, next to a couple of malls and a MRT. Gym is small, and the pool is not so great for swimming. Room service was pretty bad (non existent some days), and the reception folks seemed disinterested. I wouldn’t stay here again given the number of better hotels located in the area

Location is great, and breakfast was really nice with so many options. Unfortunately, reception kind of ruined the start of our stay- there was a wedding event held at reception area and we felt lack of service from the staff checking us in, she didn’t even tell us what time breakfast was or where you can find other facilities and such. But her colleague next to her was able to inform the other guests that was checking in next to us. I was expecting 5 star service and booked this to celebrate with my family, but left disappointed. Although the lady on check out was very lovely. Others may have had a lovely experience in this hotel, but due to my experience, I would not want to come back or recommend this hotel.
