We booked a triple room, which consisted of a queen bed and a rollaway twin size bed. The twin bed was hard and uncomfortable. It was a small room, and we barely had enough space with all the luggage. The bathroom was mildewy and smelled like urine. We had to ask a housekeeper to clean it. I expected more from a 4-star hotel.

I really amazed how this hotel excellent rating on website,for sure manipulation, this hotel don't deserve to get 2 star. I booked this hotel for 3 days and it was worst experience. 9:30 pm at night we tried to order food in room service,staff said food available because kitchen is close, is this a Five star hotel? Breakfast arrangement poor, staff not friendly. We complained but no one care about. Simply it's a guest house.

Happy hour is at the wrong time, most westerners start at 5pm after a day out. The setup for working lights, tv, aircon in rooms is ridiculous. What if you don't have a mobile phone. My partner got up during the night and put the shower blinds up instead of lights!

Fast checkin. Staff polite. A couple of minor irritations in the room. No complimentary bottles of water, always appreciated after travelling. No clothes hooks anywhere in bedroom or bathroom for towels swimsuits etc. Could only turn off lights at door and not by the bed. Welcome bowl of fruit very nice but on second and last day of our stay. Would be nice sooner. Pool great and generally good experience.
