With a bus stop on both sides of Balestier Road very near the hotel,it is very easy to connect to the MRT stations and other buses. The buffet style breakfast included in our room price was plentiful and a good start to the day. The room was clean and not cramped

Best hotel ever notice in Singapore.counter staff very pro active and doing their job so well.free breakfast,immediate making U the VIP member free.check out was extend to 2pm.wow wow wow I think I no need to check out on other hotel because this hotel is really value for money and comfortable.ah.... no wonder call holiday inn because they really make U feel like U are overseas holiday.

Quiet stay, room was compact, as an IHG member, received late check-out but there was no complimentary parking although car park was part of the hotel, this was rather disappointing.

Great affordable hotel.

Great hotel as the Holiday Inn's are nowadays. A bit out of town, but thd buses are super easy to use, English friendly and cheap.

Good hotel and great value for money.

This was our 3rd time staying at this hotel. Very comfortable stay. Clean and tidy room. Excellent service. The bathroom had a smell which the cleaner sorted immediately she became aware of it. As always, a great stay. Would definitely stay again.

I liked everything during my 4 day stay. As I told the folks at Reception, the only issue I could raise was the single glazing in my room on Level 4, in terms of traffic noise at night. Double glazing would reduce the air conditioning costs, as the glass felt quite hot during the day. Overall you deserve the 10!
