Staff were very friendly, room is small and bed was extremely hard! Bathroom is very snug. Limited space to sit in main bed/sitting area. Little to no storage area for multiple day stay. Minimal amenities, no shower curtain so water sprays on floor and hair dryer location not very convenient! No hand towels or face cloths provided. We stayed for 5 nights and bed was never made, only clean bath towels provided and waste baskets emptied. The coffee cups provided were never exchanged so we washed them after daily use.

After a very long flight, i was able to check in early which i sincerely appreciated. The wifi, air conditioning and hot water worked well. Amenities were basic which is expected for the price. Over all, a very good option for a budget stay.

Room is good condition but really small. The toilet too high, making it very uncomfortable to sit for long. Also when taking shower, water splashes every where. Shower head should place more to right then in the center, that way water fall to gutter drainage.

It's awesome when compared to most of the hotels in that area. It must have been newly renovated/ furnished. Bed was great. Room size is great 👍. Toilet and bathroom was clean and good size too. Lot's Of food options. Walkable and easy access to public transportation. Enjoyed my stay.

The hotel staff were very nice and pleasant but the cleanliness and standards of the hotel is poor. Both bathroom towels had a yellow stain on them and there were no hand towels. No shower curtain or screen available for taking a shower in the bathroom, so the bathroom floor ends up very wet making the purpose of the shower mat useless. Lastly the toilet seat was loose on one fixing so the seat slides to the side when you sit on it.

Nice staff who allowed us to check in early. Room was small but modern. Liked the water filter on the sink. Towels were threadbare and torn and no hand towels or face cloths provided. Area around the hotel was very crowded with locals just hanging out, but it wasn't noisy. Ok for a quick budget stay.

It was very noisy throughout the day and evening, as the walls are thin and this is a hotel that also accepts hourly guests. If we had realized this beforehand we would have booked elsewhere.

This is budget accommodation. However it had everything we needed. Bed, tv, private bathroom and jug.it was clean and tidy and staff were very helpful! Location isn’t central but Grab is an easy fix for that

The Hotel was Ok for a budget hotel. Only problem is that their windows can not be opened and they don't provide toilet rolls, just light tissues. But overall it was ok.
