Great Hotel with Excellent Front Desk Team

Great hotel to stay. Stayed for a few days to prepare for a Wedding event next door. Had to bring a load of big bags to make the preparations. The front office staff were very helpful and cheerful and ever willing to help. I wished i had saved their names but all of them who worked at the front desk from 11 - 13 Sep were a great credit to the Hotel. Thank you Hotel Indigo Team. Rooms were excellent. Spacious and very clean. Highly Recommended.

Team understands what hospitality really means!

The front desk team was incredibly helpful, friendly and empathic to our botched travel plans. They were very accommodating and helped make our situation so much better by providing a very pleasant and helpful experience at the hotel. The breakfasts were also great and the staff in the restaurant was equally kind and hospitable.

Love the local cultural nuances. The rooftop pool is incredible. Big enough for swimming laps (which many pools in Asia are not) and we got roped in to a water boxing class which was a blast! Top notch hotel with beautiful rooms. Staff is so pleasant and the adjoining restaurant serves a great breakfast. Not your typical “by the marina” neighborhood though. Had never stayed in this part of Singapore before and it felt like being in a new city! If you love the touristy stuff, would not recommend this for a first visit. But if you’ve been to Singapore many times, this neighborhood will show you a whole new side. Give it a whirl.

The hotel was beautiful. The interior decor was stunning and I looked forward to coming back to the hotel every time we went out. The little complimentary touches of sweets and bath soak for the feet were lovely. The foyer of the hotel also smells beautiful.

Excellent location.

Excellent location. We didn’t get the hotel breakfast as we were told by our friends there are amazing cafes who open early enough for our kind of trip. Fab brunch places, interesting boutiques for souvenirs, lots of Peranakan flavours around. The newly opened Thomson East Coast MRT line nearby brought this location to a whole new level. Will definitely go back. :)
