The room was extremely small. No closet at all, only a few hangers to hang a few items. The bed on right side was in poor condition. It gave me a backache when I woke up. The shower was not in good condition, the door does not shut all the way. Water splash all over floor. Every time I used it, I had to clean up. It just not maintain properly. It’s very disappointing. If I have not pay the room in advance. I would have move out after 1 night.

VERY small room - no place to store luggage. No closet and limited space to hang clothes (and not full length). Only bath towels - no hand towels or face clothes. Average rating is being generous.

Good location near mtr and bus stops. Plenty in surrounding area for shops and eating. As mentioned by others, rooms are neat but small by Euro standards. Shower was good as was air conditioning. Would stay again.

Clean basic room, bed is a bit on the harder side. Thew lobby could do with an update. Its right next to MRT station so location id say is good. For a basic stay its perfect.

Room was very small and somewhat cleaned. Small detail but mirrors were dirty and they were cheep on towels (no hand or face cloths). Common space was clean. Close to bencoolen station which made accessing the town easy. Encounter issue with staff. They did not reply to email asking for charges 5 days ahead, so when we got there they charged us double for the room as additional guests fee and did not offer breakfast as complimentary like there we’re doing to other guests.

It was a good 3 nights stay, staff are very helpful. The room was small but it’s clean and comfortable , good shower pressure too. MRT is very convenient, close to the hotel. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommended.

Location is good providing easy access for shopping and restaurants. Room was clean. Good customer service. However, the room is very small. If you have more than one suitcase, there is no room for the second suitcase. You need to book a bigger room.

Rather bad: room is pretty small, non existent insulation (I could hear the people in the room next to mine take the shower) and I had to keep the blackout curtains closed all the time because because the big window was facing the inner courtyard for everyone to see inside the room.

All of the staff that we had reason to deal with were friendly and helpful. We especially commend the young man who was on housekeeping on level 6 as he always had a cheerful smile and friendly nature. He rates a bonus.

I was a solo traveler so room size was perfect for me. Room was clean. Housekeeping made sure I got everything I need since I opted out on room cleaning the 2nd day. The hotel is centrally located which was a plus. Staff were nice and friendly. The only downside: there’s no privacy windows. You can actually see other guests through their windows. I had my blinds down all the time.

Room ..Tiny room Not enough for 2 people with 2 suitcases in this balcony room. Hallway was noisy and we were at the end if the 9th floor. Bed was very hard did not sleep well. 1 pillow per person, Only 2 bath towels no hand towels. front of toilet dirty. Dusty under bed. Good service by desk and porter staff. I like the idea of less waste. In this hotel but cannot stay in this size double room again.
