Enjoyed our stay at Owen House. Laundry facilities could be upgraded as irons needed bases cleaned. Room was clean. Tea/coffee satchets were minimal in room. Also, no spare toilet rolls and we were staying a week...had to ask a few times for extras. Otherwise, it is situated in a great spot close to transport, and having City Square Mall a 3 min walk away was so handy . Recommend

The room looks a bit rough, black marks around the vent of the aircon, random boards used to patch up celling, rough paint job worse than I could do, and a chunk of the wall was taken out unprofessionally to give enough room for the tongue of the lock. However, it is clean, and very close to the mall and subway.

AC was difficult to adjust. It was either too cold or too hot in our room They provide water to refill but it's only in one floor. Cleanliness could improve in the hallways outside the rooms. Unfortunately we did find a roach in our room. Location was nice since there is an MRT station very close by and a mall The staff for most part was helpful if we needed anything from them, they immediately provided it.

Room was spacious. Well located and had all provisions needed. Communal kitchen was a great addition which we didn’t realise was included when booking. Only improvement would be cost of clothes washer and dryer. Seemed expensive for the service provided. Also one towel was dirty on arrival but was changed without issue the next day.
