We really enjoy staying at this hotel, the staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are lovely, large, with great views and very tall windows. The bathrooms are not fantastic, but perfectly adequate, large shower plenty of nice, high quality shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap plus new toothbrushes too! Beds are very comfortable, large and the pillows are super too. My husband is looking forward to their gym being available again, though they do have an alternative gym which they will send you to.

Fantastic stay in a great location. Mrt is right next to hotel which takes you to any area in singapore. Breakfast was sufficent. Staff was very friendly! Definatly reccommend!

New hotel. Immaculate. Would Recommend

Pros: Cleanliness. Friendly Staff
Cons: Choice for breakfast
Location: Right next to MRT and shopping mall
It’s very well placed next to MRT. Hotel is spotless. Staff are friendly and very pleasant. Rooms are small but it’s a city so to be expected. Toiletries are lovely. Breakfast was ok. Egg station which was good. But the rest mainly geared up for Indian or Asian travellers. When we return to Singapore it will be a definite yes to stay there.

Worst hotel ever. It is located in Little India and is not recommended for European guests, especially not for women. We felt helpless and exposed to the gaze of the men. No iron in the room and we have to wait for 1 hour!!!!!!!

Hotel mit einer guten Lage. Liegt direkt an der MRT Haltestelle NE8 Farrer Park. Somit kann man jeden Ort der Stadt schnell erreichen. Das Hotel liegt im indischen Viertel und keine 100m vom Mustafas Center (24Std. Einkaufsmöglickeit). Überall indisches essen. Das muss man aber lieben. Persönlich fand ich das malayische Viertel und Chinatown schöner. Das Frühstück fand ich persönlich auch gut. Auswahl war groß, das Personal sehr Nett und hilfsbereit. Einzig negative Erlebnis hatte ich beim Ausschecken im Hotel. Es hieß wir hätten Chinanudeln und Chips aus der Minibar verzehrt und das wollte man uns in Rechnung stellen ca. 9,40$. Aus der völlig überteuerten Minibar haben wir gar nichts entnommen. Noch nicht mal das Umsonst zur Verfügung gestellte Wasser in 0,5 Liter Flaschen. Warum auch, draussen gab es jederzeit günstiges essen. Bis auf das letztere kann ich das Hotel aber weiterempfehlen. Möglicherweise würde ich wieder hier buchen wenn ich erneut nach Singapur Reisen sollte.
